Restuarant Review Time

Pizza!!!! Recently went in to Felini's Pizza in Atlanta the one off Ponce.  The Pizza was absolutely Amazing.  Everything was great EXCEPT ! The salad dressing :( but hey for what they are they get 4 stars on taste...Tell me, who knows where i kind find better pizza than Felini's in Atlanta. :)

Buttermilk

The buttermilk debate. Should you fry with it or not? NOT!!! it burns way to quickly. The only time buttermilk should be used is when your cooking a item that cooks super fast i.e. small skinless chicken breast. Maybe it's just me...any ideas for great buttermilk frying options?
